Product (s) can be exchanged within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be in a good condition and unused along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.
You have to return within 2 working days starting from the day you receive the items. If you return, you get a complete refund only via bank transfer. Cash on delivery charges won’t be refunded in return or exchange.
